A. INSPECTIONS and PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE: 1. Preventive maintenance services shall be provided by the awarded Bidder on all roofing systems identified on Appendix H, Courthouse Locations & Roofing Systems. 2. The awarded Bidder shall furnish all personnel, parts, materials, test equipment and tools to conduct expectations specified on Appendix G, Service Expectations. 3. The awarded Bidder must provide copies of preventive maintenance (PM) reports with invoices. 4. As work is scheduled the awarded Bidder shall issue, to the mechanic on the job, a service report detailing exactly what tasks to perform. 5. After each non preventive maintenance service call is completed, a service report shall be furnished to a designated representative of the client. 6. All planned preventive maintenance service under the awarded contract will be performed during the client’s normal working hours defined as Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time. 7. Contract will provide reasonable means of access to all equipment covered by the awarded contract. The awarded Bidder will be free to start and stop all primary equipment incidentals to the operation of the mechanical system(s) as arranged with client's representatives. 8. The awarded Bidder shall not be relieved from assuming all responsibility for properly estimating the difficulties and the cost of performing the services required with this specification, because of failure to investigate the conditions or become acquainted with all the information concerning the services to be performed. 9. The awarded Bidder shall submit the full names, dates of birth and current place of residence to the Department for the purpose of conducting background checks (CORI) for all workers and supervisors to include sub-contractors on Appendix E, List of Employees to be CORI. The Department reserves the right to deny unaccompanied access to any individual who does not pass the required background check. 10.The awarded Bidder shall “Certify all anchor and securement points for fall protection annually”. Inspections must be completed by a qualified person as per OSHA 1910.140, 1952.502 and ANSI 2359 “Fall Protection”.
