EPB is requesting bids for Underground Network Distribuition Contractor. The primary task would be perform testing, maintence, installing and replacing undergroud cable both electric and fiber, terminating cable of various voltages. PILC installation and replacement , Converting PILC to EPR transsition splice to support replacement of PILC cables and Network transformers. Installing/ replacing transformers, switchgear, vistagear, cable limiters and network protectors with testing. The contrctor will work frequently as a crew. This requires the contractor provide a vehicle with tools for testing and splicing electrical cables and proper PPE to complete Underground Network task in enclosed and confined spaces which would be manholes and vaults.
