1. Fayette County Public Schools is soliciting bids for Engine Oil. 2. Bidders must provide original specification sheet(s) of product(s) with bid submission. Copies may not be accepted. 3. Product(s) may be delivered to three (3) locations: Central School Bus Garage, 780 Miles Point Way, Liberty Road School Bus Garage, 2264 Liberty Road, and FCPS Plant Operations Department, 400 Springhill Drive. One (1) 500 gallon bulk storage tank are maintained at each bus garage location for engine oil. Two (2) 240 gallon bulk storage tanks are maintained at Springhill Drive location for engine oil. Bid prices must include transportation and delivery to the location as indicated on the Purchase Order (PO). Deliveries are to be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. weekdays. 4. Shipment shall be made complete as stated on PO. (NO PARTIAL SHIPMENTS.) 5. Delivery within 3 days from receipt of PO is required.
