A. Water diversion by east elevator (Base bid): 1. Install new concrete and epoxy flooring to direct water away from elevator and ADA sloped access per drawings by east elevator (all floors) 2. Install new railings (floors 1-7) 3. Install and repair traffic coating by east elevator 4. Install new garage drains B. Expand office, Renovate Bathroom and demo existing lobby and build new lobby (Alt 1): 1. Removal of existing window glazing, exterior doors and cmu. 2. Removal of foundations, floor slab, flooring and ceiling of lobby. 3. Removal of toilet room fixtures and install new fixture. 4. Removal of office ceiling, walls, floor and foundations. 5. Installation new glazing, door system ceiling subfloor foundation and finish of new lobby. 6. Install new office walls, windows, doors, ceiling, floor slab and floor. 7. Installation of insulation, wall finishes, repair wall, sand, prime and paint walls of office, toilet room, and lobby. 8. Install new bollard 9. Install wall infill labeled “alley infill” per drawings 10. Install plumbing, HVAC, fixtures and equipment per drawings 11. Install asphalt and traffic coating damage or removed as part of construction. 12. City staff to install electrical. GC to coordinate with City Electrical staff.
