• Pick up trash and debris throughout the parking structures (parking decks, stairwells, skybridges, elevators, elevator landings), surrounding sidewalks and in front of parkade tenant spaces • Clean & disinfect feces, urine, vomit and food/drink spills • Sweep stairwells and elevator landings • Clean interior and exterior of elevators including call buttons; vacuum elevator tracks • Clean spills/stains (spit, food/drink residue etc.) from stairwell/skybridge windows and exterior storefronts, walking surfaces (i.e stairs, elevator landings) • Blow off leaves and debris in “Brick Area” at Chemeketa Parkade (area between parkade and JC Penny), sidewalks along Chemeketa and Liberty tenant spaces • Clean cobwebs off light fixtures on parking areas, stairwells, elevator landings, around elevator doors • Report graffiti, damage/vandalism and elevator malfunctions to City staff
