The application of white and yellow reflective traffic lane lines and white reflective crosswalks on various streets in the City of Quincy. E. The lines shall be painted in accordance with the "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD)" 1978, for application of reflective markings, as most recently amended. F. Materials used in this work shall be furnished by the Contractor and shall conform to the current Standard Specifications for Highways and Bridges of the Massachusetts Highway Department, Sections: M7.01.07 Glass Beads, M7.01.05 White Traffic Paint, M7.01.06 Yellow Traffic Paint and specifications contained herein. G. The Contractor shall apply product in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations concerning coverage, thinning and film thickness. The Contractor must be equipped with both a self-propelled paint-lining machine for side streets and a truck mounted lining machine for use on multi-lane roads where rapid application is necessary or approved equal. The use of these machines must meet with the approval of the City TPAL Director or their representative.
