Work includes the production, storage, furnishing, delivery, fabrication and installation of all lift gates. A total of eight (8) lift gates are required, with two (2) lift gates per aeration tank. Contractor shall provide a Orbinox Model MU Slide Gate or equivalent. Lift gates shall be made of 304 stainless steel and installed on the interior wall of aeration tanks. Gates will have a rising stem and handwheel operation. All hardware shall be new stainless steel. Bid shall also include any necessary modification to the existing tank, guard railing, or other structures to ensure proper anchoring and complete operation and sealing from water. All miscellaneous materials shall be included in the bid. All labor to abandon/remove existing lift gates and labor to install new lift gates shall be included in the bid. Installation process shall follow all manufacturers recommendations.
