Phase 3: Property Discovery & Survey- will document properties related to the themes in Oregon Women’s Labor History: A Historic Context Statement 1903-1990, reflect the analyzed data from Phases 1 and 2, and inform the property types and registration requirements of the future statewide MPD. If Phase 3 outcomes are insufficient, a contingent Phase 3.1 will be needed to move forward to finalize the deliverable. Contingent Phase 4: Multiple Property Submission and Nominations This Contingent Phase 4 is based on funding and outcomes of Phase 3. Multiple Property Submission including 2 nominations to the National Register of Historic Places - using the concept and approach determined in Phase 1, and 2 and the discovery and survey findings from Phase 3, to complete the MPS submission.
