The Watertown Public Schools District is looking for a service partner to provide and/or manage the Watertown Public Schools District’s Print and Copier services based on industry best practices with special emphasis on fleet optimization and decreased cost of ownership. The Watertown Public Schools District is comprised of the following locations: ● John Trumbull Primary School ● Judson Elementary School ● Polk Elementary School ● Swift Middle School ● Watertown High School ● Watertown Transition Academy ● Watertown Alternative Academy ● Central Office ● Facilities Office; Our current fleet is comprised of the following equipment: ● 28 Xerox Copy Machines ● 50 HP Printers Depending on funding, we will join into 36 or 60 month lease agreements Spring 2025. 36 and 60 month Full Market Value (FMV) lease including equipment installation, training, maintenance, all parts as well as staples where the stapling component is a feature. The successful vendor will furnish, install, service and maintain the Multi-Functional Device (MFD) requirements outlined in this RFP. All pricing will be based on a 36 and 60 month lease. Bidders must be either an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an Authorized Dealer partnering with a Multifunction Copier OEM.
