The scope of this RFP is to engage a contractor who can provide services to assist in supporting a wide range of Oracle technologies within its environment; assisting with upgrades, patching, routine maintenance and support. The contracted Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will provide services, which may include but are not necessarily limited to tasks related to the following: • Oracle KVM Hypervisors using Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager version 4.54 • Oracle Linux versions 7, 8 and 9 • Oracle Database version 19c • Oracle Application Express (APEX) version 23.1.4 • Oracle PL/SQL Programmer for database versions 19c and above • Oracle Forms and Reports version 10g • Oracle – E-Business Suite (EBS) version R12.2.10 and above • Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS) version 21.2.0 • Veeam Backup and Replication version 12.2 using Oracle oVirt KVM Plug-in version • Patching activities – for all components of the Oracle environments. • Oracle SR incident resolution • Environment Health Checks for the Oracle Infrastructure, Database and Application Software • Tuning including Database, Operation System and VM Configuration • Documentation of work performed (for County use/guidance)
