The extent of the work involved is the construction of street improvements in, along and upon portions of certain streets, avenues, roads, and alleys, and such other work as may be incidental thereto along and upon the following streets, avenues, roads and alleys. Street improvements consisting of: 1 ½, 3, and 4 ½ inch HMA ST Intermediate, ½”, PG28-58S over a 3-inch HMA ST Base, ¾”, PG28-58S with a 1 ½ -inch thick HMA ST Surface, ½”, PG28-58S between new 30-inch wide, 6 inch or 7 ½ inch P.C.C. curb and gutter sections Subgrade drain tile, granular subbase, new storm sewer and appurtenances, new sanitary sewer and appurtenances, and other such work as may be incidental thereto. All street improvements consist of the reconstruction of an existing paved street, which is to be replaced with a proposed street.
