Columbia County Highway and Transportation Department hereby requests proposals for Consultant Design Engineering Services for reconstruction of County Trunk Highway Q from STH 60 to the intersection of County Trunk Highway CS (CTH CS) in the Village of Poynette and for pavement replacement of County Trunk CX in the City of Portage from Silver Lake Dr to the City of Portage Limits. One (1) project is being conducted through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Statewide Transportation Projects (STP) Local Road program and one (1) project through the (STP) Urban Road Program for the 2024-2029 fiscal program cycle; Work is to include, but not be limited to; consulting, design, permitting, project management, necessary reports, descriptions, construction plans, specifications, drawings, field work, coordination, PS&E submittal, and meetings necessary to complete the project.
