The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, is soliciting proposals to update the comprehensive Statewide Cybersecurity Strategic Plan aimed at enhancing the security, resilience, and response capabilities of state systems against cybersecurity threats. This plan will be augmented by a Response Annex and Intelligence, and Information Sharing Annex that provides detailed guidance on responding to specific incidents, ensuring rapid containment and recovery from cyber-attacks. Update the Statewide Cybersecurity Strategic Plan to guide Alaska's agencies and organizations at all levels approach to preventing, detecting, and mitigating cyber threats, aligned with state and federal requirements, including State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program Notice of Funding Opportunity requirements, Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency planning guidance, and National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework and accompanying guidance documents.
