4.1. Software Maintenance and Support: Vendor must provide maintenance and support for the Licenses as follows: 4.1.1. Two (2) Licenses must be covered by maintenance and support. 4.1.1.1. Agency owned License Numbers Serial Numbers: 952207003451, 952207003605 4.1.2. Maintenance and support must be provided for one (1) year with three (3) optional 1-year renewals. 4.1.3. Current maintenance and support began on March 30, 2024, and expires/expired on March 29, 2025. 4.1.4. Maintenance and Support under the initial term of this Contract will begin upon award, and ending on March 29, 2026. Each subsequent term, if any are authorized by the parties, will run consecutively to the prior term. 4.1.5. Reinstatement fees for lapsed support must be included in the first year of maintenance and support costs, if applicable. 4.1.6. Vendor must provide a copy of all applicable maintenance and support agreements prior to contract award for review and approval by the State of West Virginia. 4.1.7. Must include 4hr Parts Delivery and Replacement 4.1.8. Must include Advisor Plus 4.1.9. Must include SupportEdge Advisor 4.1.10. Three (3) one (1) year optional renewal should also be quoted. 4.1.11. Automatic renewal of this contract is prohibited, renewals must be approved by the vendor and agency.
