4.1.1 Org Chart Subscription Services and Support or equal 4.1.1.1 Software must interface with Microsoft Excel. 4.1.1.2 Software must have access for a minimum of two licenses. 4.1.1.3 Software must support a minimum of 900 charted employees. 4.1.1.4 Software must have an option to print into large printing plotters. 4.1.1.5 Software must have manual capabilities to make edits to reporting structure. 4.1.1.6 Software must have the capability for printing to PDF. 4.1.1.7 Software must have the capability to format charting display based on specific datasets. 4.1.1.8 Software must have the capability to integrate with at least two separate data sources. 4.1.1.9 Software must have the capability to integrate employee photos. 4.1.1.10Software must have the capability to override files (add, move, update and suppress boxes). 4.1.2 Org Chart Subscription Services and Support Maintenance and Support 4.1.2.1 Vendor must provide Maintenance and Support for the software subscription, (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week Monday through Friday. 4.1.2.2 Software support must include installation and configuration of software, for cloud services.
