The engineering services required for this project are expected to be completed to meet the primary objectives, and in general accordance with the scope of services as needed to accomplish the tasks listed below. However, the final scope of services will be negotiated with the selected engineering firm or individual and may include modified and/or additional tasks and a timeline with phasing of tasks. 1. Engineering services are likely to include the following tasks in phases: a. Assist RWRA in procuring project approval from KIA b. Develop preliminary design alternatives and begin evaluation of potential alternative delivery options. c. Develop 30% plan set and contract documents for advertisement. d. Assist RWRA in the evaluation of Alternative Delivery Team and proposed design elements. e. Assist RWRA with Construction Engineering and Administrative Services as needed.
