To support this project, the City of Barnwell is requesting engineering services to include the following scope of work as identified in the project area outlined in Figure 1 in the City of Barnwell Planning Grant Application located in Exhibit A: • NASSCO MACP Level 2 manhole inspections for 56 manholes and mapping grade GPS locations provided for manholes. • Smoke testing on approximately 21,080 linear feet of collection system. Observed defects to be noted and photographed. • Clean and inspect approximately 15,000 linear feet of 8-inch sewer line utilizing CCTV and NASSCO PACP standards and coding. (Assumed up to half of the sewer lines, approximately 7500 linear feet, will require heavy cleaning.) • Data to be prioritized based on PACP and MACP prioritization criteria. Rehabilitation Report to be completed outlining the project, field investigation, data analysis, system condition, recommended rehabilitation methods, and opinions of probable construction costs. The report will include a priority list of improvements required based on severity of need. • Completion of final Rehabilitation Report after the City of Barnwell and RIA review and provide feedback Final Report should be able to be used to develop detailed design documents.
