The Falmouth Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the following services at a four-bedroom home located at 86 Meredith Drive, Falmouth, MA: 1. Painting – Interior & Exterior Doors: o Paint all interior walls, ceilings, and trim using an appropriate, high-quality interior paint. o Paint all exterior doors with weather-resistant exterior-grade paint. o Use Massachusetts-compliant low-VOC or lead-safe paint in accordance with state and federal regulations (see lead information attachment). 2. Storm Door and Window Screen Replacement: o Remove and replace all storm doors with new, durable storm doors. o Replace all window screens with new, properly fitted screens. 3. Basement Interior Painting with Seal Coat: o Apply a seal coat to the basement interior walls and floor to prevent moisture intrusion and enhance durability. 4. Gutter Extension and Diversion: o Extend existing gutters and install downspout diverters to direct water away from the home’s foundation.
