(1). Preventative maintenance shall be performed on all Halm equipment covered under this Agreement a minimum of one (1) time per quarter. The first preventative maintenance on all air compressor equipment covered under this Agreement shall be performed within one (1) week after the execution of this Agreement by the State, unless otherwise approved by the DMV Project Manager, and shall include: a. Inspect, test, clean and lubricate all moving parts. (Note: Recycled solvents shall be used for parts cleaning.) b. Perform any adjustments needed to keep the air compressor equipment operational and functioning properly and safely. (2). Any adjustments required between regularly scheduled preventative maintenance visits shall be included at no extra charge to the DMV. (3). No repair or service other than normal scheduled preventative maintenance shall be performed without first acquiring authorization from the DMV Project Manager...
