The County of Greenville is seeking sealed proposals from vendors to provide debt resolution and collection services for Emergency Medical Services. The awarded vendor shall provide debt collection and resolution services, in accordance with the following specifications: A. Have the ability and resources to collect debt in the State of South Carolina. B. Provide a dedicated management team and government team to address the regulatory requirements for government agency collections. C. Provide services to resolve and collect debt, including but not limited to: skip-tracing, billing, resolution, and collection. D. Provide easily accessible web access to afford the County the ability to view and download reports to obtain information regarding activity, changes, remittances, etc. E. Provide accurate contact information, required forms, and instructions on how to pay debt. F. Maintain appropriate records, including financial records that can be audited. G. Provide services at no charge to the County.
