1. Trade promotion and assistance. Goal of the trade promotion program to is to increase Iowa's exports to the Overseas Office Location. Iowa companies requiring assistance are typically small to medium sized companies. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following, as agreed jointly by IEDA and Contractor: Global Business Team Support • Support the Global Business Team’s activities and programs as well as represent the state at selected trade events, including trade shows, seminars and conferences. • Gather and report market intelligence to the Global Business Team on an ongoing basis and identify market opportunities for Iowa products and services. • Coordinate Iowa trade missions and trade shows. • Maintain web sites, links, social networks and other web-based media developed by Contractor on behalf of IEDA.
