1. Perform routine/as needed and emergency electrical related services as mutually agreed upon between the Contractor and CalEPA. Routine/as needed and emergency electrical related services are all-inclusive of labor, travel and per diem, transportation, applicable taxes, and any other items necessary to provide the electrical related services, excluding materials and supplies. 2. Provide electrical work that includes, but is not limited to, installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical utilities, power lines, fixtures, panels, data connections, coaxial cable,and other electrical equipment. 3. Perform data cabling, material acquisition, installation, and termination of CAT6 cables in accordance with industry standards. 4. Provide electrical equipment, conduits, conductors, circuit extensions, junction boxes, wiring devices, and other required materials. 5. Provide electrical supply and connections to all equipment. 6. Coordinate work with other trades being affected by electrical work. 7. Provide project record "As-Built" drawings. If needed, the Contractor will provide CalEPA with a revised plan or drawing if major changes were made from the original specifications or plans, if needed. 8. Provide demolition work and removal of abandoned electrical equipment. 9. Provide drywall installation and other related work to protect existing nonmetallic sheathed cables. 10. Provide incidental work and materials involved in installing electrical equipment, cutting, patching, and painting as required for electrical work, hangers, supports, and anchors, necessary for electrical work. 11. Ensure all work performed and materials used must be in compliance with the California Electrical Code (CEC) and applicable local codes. Work must be performed up to the highest industry standard. 12. Work with CalEPA to approve all materials in advance of purchase. All materials used should typically be mid- range quality unless otherwise specified in a Service Request by CalEPA. 13. No hazardous materials or waste shall be handled by the Contractor. The Contractor shall notify CalEPA of any hazardous materials immediately upon discovery.
