The AACPS is contracting for the furnishing and delivery, as well as the servicing and sanitizing/cleaning of portable chemical toilets at various locations. The Successful Bidder shall provide response time to provide regular contract services. This time shall not exceed forty-eight (48) hours after notification by AACPS. The Successful Bidder shall guarantee delivery of goods or services to various AACPS locations, between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00pm local time. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and weekends. The Successful Bidder shall be responsible for the disposal of all waste from the premises for the chemical toilets in such locations and in such manner, as to be in conformance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws.
