The Town of Madison (ToM) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced commercial general contractors to construct renovations/improvements to the Locker Room and Toilet Room areas of the Town Campus Gym facility, located at 4 Campus Drive, Madison, CT. Renovations/improvements consist of flooring, wall tile, toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures and accessories, shower stall rebuilds/replumbing, painting, minor electrical, door replacement, and other associated work. Scope of Work • All project activities per Specifications dated February 21, 2025 and Construction Drawings dated February 28, 2025 developed by Antinozzi Associates, Inc. and all requirements presented in this ITB 25‐1115. • Supply and install the sign specified in “Appendix B” DECD Construction Sign Template” prior to construction start and remove at end of project.
