Transit Authority of River City intends to establish a sole source procurement with Vontas (Trapeze), Inc. to provide ITS systems support and maintenance services for the agency's fleet. Companies that believe they can compete for this requirement must send a statement documenting the company’s ability to meet the specifications, along with documentation that any software and hardware support and maintenance being offered is fully compatible with Vontas/Trapeze products and TARC's existing data collection procedures. Statements should be submitted to Procurement@ridetarc.org TARC reserves the right to proceed with its current vendor if it is determined that no other entity has the capability, willing and able to support and meet the agency’s requirements.
