The Town seeks Designer firms with demonstrated expertise in the areas of general maintenance and repair, historic restoration, waterfront construction, municipal, public safety and recreation facilities for the preparation of certifiable studies, schematic plans, final design documents, and construction administration services for a variety of repair, improvement, and modernization of systems and infrastructure. Interested parties should also have demonstrated experience working collaboratively with a team of interdisciplinary engineering firms to solve complex electrical, mechanical and structural situations as they arise. The types of services requested will vary by Project. Projects will include, but are not limited to, the following types of services: 1. Completing problem analysis. 2. Performing existing conditions investigation and documentation. 3. Developing recommendations for detailed repairs and development of associated order of magnitude costs and schedule.
