The selected vendor shall provide services including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Montessori Teacher Training and Training of Trainers ○ Accredited Montessori Teacher Training by MACTE (non-negotiable). ○ Majority in-person training at three sites: Tangipahoa Parish Schools, East Baton Rouge Parish Schools, and Rapides Parish Schools. ○ Train 10 teachers per cohort per district. ○ Train 5 future trainers per district 2. Training Implementation Schedule ○ In-Person Training at 3 Sites: Tangipahoa Parish, East Baton Rouge Parish, and Rapides Parish. ○ Montessori Teacher Training Levels: ■ Summer 2025, 2026: Early Childhood (EC) and Elementary 1 (Elem 1) ■ Summer 2027, 2028: Elementary 1 (Elem 1) and Elementary 2 (Elem 2) ○ Montessori Training for Trainers: 5 trainers at each training site. 3. End Goal & Sustainability ○ Establish a Montessori Teacher Training Program Consortia. ○ Secure accreditation by MACTE for long-term sustainability. ○ Increase student achievement in all Montessori programs across Tangipahoa Parish, Rapides Parish, and East Baton Rouge Parish Public Schools.
