The vendors must provide the following: 1. Aerial data update frequency at least three (3) times per year. 2. Very high-resolution, each pixel in an image represents Three Inches (3") on the ground or better. 3. Full Featured Viewer must include: A. Onscreen measurements, (distance and area). B. Add custom labels. C. User can turn off or on a road name layer. D. Search by city, ZIP code, address, landmarks, etc. E. Users can upload their own Google Earth files to overlay onto the aerial imagery F. Compare imagery from different dates of the same area (Note: In most of the areas in our region the imagery goes back to 2015). G. The imagery must be usable in the field and from a tablet computer without adding on specialized software or equipment. H. Both orthorectified (from directly overhead), and oblique from a Forty-Five (45) degree angle and imagery from Four (4) different directions. 4. The imagery service must work directly with the Tollways existing GIS software. 5. The imagery service can be embedded directly into the Tollways existing custom website. 6. Coverage must include coverage for all of Illinois and surrounding counties: (Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane, Lake, McHenry, Boone and Rockford). 7. Can export high resolution georeferenced .jpg files that can be used with the Tollways existing CAD, (Computer-Aided Design) software. 8. One, (1) license must include unlimited users/seats. 9. Vendor must accept annual payment terms as part of the multi-year agreement.
