The work for which bids are asked generally includes the following: A new precast concrete RO Building with cast-in place foundation that is approximately 94’x60’ that will be used to house the new RO and chemical feed equipment. The project also includes a new cast-in-place concrete clearwell that will be approximately 100’x60’. Other improvements include site piping, earthwork, concrete driveways and sidewalks, demolition, and other miscellaneous site improvements at the Water Plant site generally located at 119 S. Brown Street, Tiffin, IA 52340. The work under the contract shall commence within ten (10) days after the date set forth in the written Notice to Proceed. All work under the contract shall be substantially complete by September 30, 2026 and final completion shall be achieved by November 30, 2026.
