Spring Clean Up: Rake, blow and dethatch all lawn areas in need of dethatching and blowing so that there is no debris, sand or accumulated thatch. Sweep and remove all sand from lawns and walkways/paths. Clean out all planting beds of any debris. Edge all turf edges of bed for a deep defined edge. Repair any tire tracks or plow damage to turf areas. All debris to be removed off site. Spring Clean up to be completed by April 30th. Both the City’s “Market Landing Gardens” and the WFT’s “Waterfront Park Gardens” identified on the map are to be included with the Spring Clean Up. Mulch Installation: Remove any accumulated mulch in planting beds as needed ONLY for all beds identified as “Market Landing Gardens” beds on map (highlighted in blue). Install new black bark mulch at a depth of 2-3”. Estimated amount of mulch needed is 55 yards. Indicate unit cost per yard for mulch on bid form, and the total cost for Mulch Installation. Consult Map of Planting Beds. Do note, the beds identified as “Waterfront Park Gardens” on the map (highlighted in pink) are not to be mulched.
