This Scope of Work outlines the requirements for the procurement, delivery, and installation of diagnostic medical sonography equipment, as well as associated training and warranty services, for students to utilize during their lab time in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. The procurement includes: 1) Two (2) Siemens Redwood Refurbished Ultrasound Machines (with compatible Siemens transducers) 2) One (1) Mindray Resona i9T Ultrasound Machine (new) (with compatible Mindray transducers) 3) One (1) Black-and-White Printer one for each ultrasound machine (3 Total) 4) Warranties (one-year parts/labor for Siemens Redwood units, five-year parts/labor for Mindray Resona i9T, and one-year warranty on the 3D/4D Mindray probe) 5) On-Site Clinical Training (one day for Siemens units, one day for Mindray unit) 6) White Glove Delivery (unpacking, inspection, placement, installation, and disposal of packaging) 2.1.1 Services to Be Included 1. Warranty 1) Siemens Redwood (2 total) Units: One-year parts and labor warranty for both Siemens machines. 2) Mindray Resona i9T: Five-year parts and labor warranty. 3) Mindray 3D/4D Probe (SD8-1s 4D Convex): One-year parts and labor warranty. 2. Clinical Training 1) Siemens Redwood Units: One day of on-site training for faculty, covering the operation and maintenance of the Siemens Redwood machines and transducers. 2) Mindray Resona i9T: One day of on-site training for faculty, covering the operation and maintenance of the Mindray Resona i9T and its transducers. 3. Shipping 1) White Glove Delivery, including: a) Unpacking and inspection of equipment b) Placement and setup in the designated lab area
