The City of Naperville is seeking to retain a reputable, licensed HVACD Contractor capable of providing a full spectrum of services consisting of maintenance, repair and replacement of the HVACD and dehumidification systems and associated equipment located at over 50 City facilities maintained by the Public Buildings Division and seven secured facilities maintained by the Water Utilities associated with the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Dehumidification (HVACD) Services project. The work generally includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to complete the related services and to ensure projects are completed. This service agreement will consist of responding to routine and emergency calls.
