Project consists of but not limited to new concrete walkways, new paving including curbs and gutters, new landscaping (pavers, plants and trees), irrigation system, manage, maintain, and repair erosion control, install necessary electrical and mechanical utilitiesincluding fixtures, gateway entry and monuments, new pavilion with men's and women's rooms, restriping of parking areas, additional accessible parking (van accessible handicap, regular, and trailer spaces), storm water management, ADA compliant parking, regrading, wheel stops, and crosswalk striping. Contractor shall take necessary action to keep job site secure and clean of construction debris, clean and minimize the tracking of mud, litter, and construction debris onto new and existing paved roadways, waterways, public, and private areas. The contractor shall work with all state and local agencies to submit applications and obtain all necessary site development and building permits. The City of Hardeeville is in possession of the environmental permit.
