The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Abbreviated Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation, Road Design, Small Structure Replacement Design, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design, all Permits (if needed), Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed), and Construction Phase Services. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services (as needed). A Karst Study may be needed after further investigation of the project. Topographic survey of the structures on this project will be done by INDOT forces. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the Scoping Meeting date. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
