The state of North Dakota, acting through its Department of Transportation (NDDOT or STATE) in coordination with the North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD) is requesting the services of a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Traffic Monitoring Strategic Plan (TMSP) to guide modernization of all aspects of NDDOT’s traffic data collection program. STATE intends to execute deliverable based cost contract requiring progress payments with the chosen firm. If any additional work is required in alignment with this outlined scope of work, a change order or contract amendment will be utilized. In short, this data is foundational to nearly every engineering, planning, and investment decision and process in NDDOT.
