2.1.1 The Vendor shall provide Camping and Fishing Vending Machines (Non-Perishable items), which meets or exceeds the specifications contained in this document. 2.1.2 The County will contract with a Vendor to allow the placement of various vending machines at designated locations within Clay County departments. 2.1.3 Vendor shall pay the County a percentage of gross receipts from all vending and related machines placed within any County buildings or location by the Vendor during the term of the agreement and guarantee a minimum amount as a guarantee whichever is higher. 2.1.4 Beyond the requirements herein provided, no guarantee can be made of the anticipated gross sales for any location nor is there any intention on the part of the County to propose to any Vendor any guarantee or minimum dollar volume in the future. 2.1.5 Nor will the County be amenable to the consideration of any such proposal, which may be submitted by the Vendor.
