The University will be accepting offers for the selection of one (1) graduation photography supplier to serve as the floor photographer for all graduation ceremonies. • Contractor shall have the exclusive right to photograph individual graduates during the ceremonies and solicit sales of print packages from proofs. • The Contractor will be allowed to have no more than two representatives’ work from the floor to photograph the graduates from this premium sight-line, but must not interfere with the university photographer. • Photography company representatives working from the floor must attend each graduation ceremony and photograph each recipient as he/she crosses the stage. • It is generally recommended that candidates will be photographed: (1) in a pose prior to crossing the stage, and (2) as they shake hands with the University President at the center of the stage. • During the graduation ceremonies, there can only be limited communication between photographers and graduation candidates so that the ceremony is not impeded. Further, there can be no special arrangements for pre-ceremony photographs or post-ceremony photographs anywhere within the graduation venue or its grounds. • Photography proofs shall be delivered to students utilizing their Coastal Carolina University email address. Photographs purchased by students shall be delivered to address provided by student(s). The University will not be a party to any transactions involving the sale of photographs.
