Salt Lake County is seeking early input to understand the necessary infrastructure and support services that would be required to introduce cellular coverage and how to maximize the coverage area within the guidelines of Federal rules in Mill Creek Canyon between the fee booth and the Big Water Trailhead. The County is seeking the following information with this RFI: 1. Provide examples of successful rural cellular projects or, if possible, examples of successful projects where conditions such as what has been described exist and can support cellular communication. 2. Provide a list of minimums service providers require to expand or create a new coverage area. 3. Explain known limitations that could prevent a successful project. 4. Explain known limitations that could prevent a successful project specifically related to federal lands access. Provide a preliminary work plan identifying the tasks to be accomplished, the partners required, and a timeline for completing the project. 6.
