The Bert S. Turner Department of Construction Management is seeking an advanced motion capture system to enhance its research capabilities in several key areas. These include reality-informed dynamic simulation, robotic movement simulation, real-time multi-user interactions within virtual environments, real-time dynamic simulations of unmanned aerial vehicles, and a variety of precision movement simulations. Must provide the following features/specifications: • High refresh rate optical camera (over 300 FPS) for precision. • 3.6ms or lowerlatency for the entire motion capture system; this requirement guarantees consistent low latency throughout the system, regardless of the number of markers in use. • Real-time multi-user motion tracking coverage (up to three people) with less than 0.02 mm tracking.
