Any material not meeting the specifications of this contract will be rejected. Crack fill material will be measured by the pound delivered to: (1) Yavapai County Western District Roads Department (aka Prescott Roads Division), 1100 Commerce Drive, Prescott, Arizona, or (2) Yavapai County Eastern District Roads Department (aka Camp Verde Roads Division), 4000 North Cherry Road, Camp Verde, Arizona. The minimum quantity per order will be 40,000 pounds.
