A. Parking Lot Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours three (3) times per week, Monday, Thursday, and Sunday, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the next business day. In the event the Contractor is unable to perform duties due to a state holiday, services shall be rescheduled for the next non-holiday business day. B. Paved Area Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours, one (1) time per month, on the first weekend of each month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. Saturday and 10:00 p.m. Sunday. In the event the Contractor is unable to perform duties due to a state holiday, services shall be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend. C. Building and Waste Bin Enclosure Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning: The Contractor shall perform services during non-business hours one (1) time per month, on the first weekend of each month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. Saturday and 10:00 p.m. Sunday. In the event the Contractor is unable to perform duties due to a state holiday, services shall be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend.
