The work to be done shall consist of the redesign and installation of the irrigation system at each of the softball fields, number’s 1, 2 & 3, at Hatters Park, E. Hayestown Road, Danbury CT. The work will conform and be in compliance with industry standards for a complete professionally installed site specific natural turf field irrigation system. The contractor will be required to provide proof of compliance with The Code of Federal Regulations in accordance with OSHA standards, and the hazards associated with the work to be performed, for each employee on the jobsite. It will be the contractor’s responsibility to assure that OSHA compliance is maintained by the contractor’s employees for the duration of the contract.
