The improvement includes scarification of existing asphalt streets, furnish and place Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), furnish and place pavement markings, traffic control and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 674-001/030 at the following locations and other locations, as directed by the City Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa: 25th Street from Cottage Grove Avenue to Drake Park Avenue; 29th Street from Center Street to Dead End North; 30th Street from Center Street to Dead End North; SW 29th Street from Thornton Avenue to Watrous Avenue; Dixon Street from E. Euclid Avenue to E. Madison Avenue; Pennsylvania Avenue from E. Grand Avenue to Des Moines Street; Williams Street from E. University Avenue to Dubuque Avenue; Williams Street from Mattern Avenue to Easton Boulevard.
