A. Provide Recovery Residence at Contractor’s facility(ies) as determined necessary by HHSA to all Clients referred by HHSA. B. Attend contract and performance review meetings as initiated by County on an as needed basis. C. Perform the Sober Living services in accordance with industry and/or professional standards applicable to Contractor’s services. D. Adhere to Clean and Sober Living Facility Standards, attached and incorporated herein as Attachment A. E. Ensure Contractor Sober Living facilities provide for: 1. Separate housing for referred male and female Clients; 2. A safe sleeping space for parents with a child/baby; and 3. A maximum period of service of six months per Client, unless a longer duration is preapproved by County, in writing. F. Provide qualified 24-hour on-site staff. G. Clients referred may be either male or female and shall: 1. Be alcohol and drug-free, with a clean drug test, with the exception of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which will be tested again 30 days after the initial drug test; 2. Not have pervasive violent criminal histories or conviction for a sexual offender violation; crimes against children, or arson; 3. Read, commit to, and sign a House Rules Agreement, attached and incorporated herein as Attachment B. House rules include but are not limited to: a. Personal conduct; b. Entering/exiting facility; c. Contractor’s facility rules; and d. Financial rules.
