The objective of this project is to implement a software solution that will allow the district to: • Continuously measure the impact of instructional resources and initiatives on student performance. • Align instructional spending with academic success, ensuring that resources are effectively utilized. • Identify areas of success and areas needing improvement in instructional programs and resources. • Provide ongoing, data-driven recommendations for optimizing academic resources, with an emphasis on learning outcomes and optimization of financial resources. The selected vendor will be required to provide a software solution that includes, but is not limited to, the following functionalities, specifically targeted to Title I Schools: General Requirements: • Measure the impact of instructional tools and initiatives, including both digital and non-digital resources. • Provide data on the Return on Instruction (ROI) to guide resource allocation decisions based on current instructional performance. • Continuously evaluate effectiveness in relation to student outcomes on an ongoing basis, not just through one-time reports. • Ensure that the solution can track effectiveness across various levels, including grade levels, schools, classrooms, subgroups, and individual students...
