Title VI Plan Implementation (FAA Approval and Acceptance) 1.1 Complete Title VI Plan Template for Falcon Field Airport: Develop a comprehensive Title VI Plan utilizing the template provided by the FAA at: Airport Sponsor Title VI Plan Template | Federal Aviation Administration Submit the final Title VI plan to the FAA Office of Civil Rights (OCR) for review and approval. The consultant will assist in any revisions required for FAA/City approvals. 1.2 Complete Community Participation Plan (CPP) Template for Falcon Field Airport: Develop a Community Participation Plan (CPP) utilizing the template provided by the FAA at: Airport Nondiscrimination Compliance (Title VI, LEP, EJ) | Federal Aviation Administration Submit the final CPP plan to the FAA OCR for review and approval. The consultant will assist in any revisions required for FAA/City approvals. 1.3 Demographic Data Collection and Analysis: Assist Falcon Field Airport in gathering and compiling demographic information for its surrounding community, beneficiaries (e.g., airport customers), and staff. Develop and implement a checklist or voluntary questionnaire for tenants and City staff to collect required demographic data. Data must fulfill requirements on Section 2 of the FAA Title VI Pre-Grant Award Checklist. 1.4 Impact and Disparity Evaluation: Work with Airport Operations & Maintenance to evaluate any potential racial, ethnic, national origin, or income-based disparities resulting from airport operations or proposed airport infrastructure development as part of an environmental review process.
