Service to include the following: 1) Five or Six-year maintenance procedures (as per NFPA 10 requirements) are required as indicated by the included service record schedule or as necessary to satisfy NFPA guidelines as determined by dates on affixed labels. 2) Recharge/Emergency service will be performed as needed at any Peoria Park District location as required. If additional charges are required for the onsite service, cost should be indicated. 3) Attachment A serves as a guide to identify the contract year extinguishers are due for Hydrostatic testing and six-year maintenance within the contract period. Affixed NFPA labels, where discovered inconsistent with this schedule, should supersede as appropriate to satisfy NFPA requirements. 4) Semi-annual maintenance/inspection in May and November of the Ansul Fire Suppression System in the Camp Wokanda kitchen, Sommer Park Daycamp building, Golf Learning Center and the Peoria Zoo Zambezi Lodge.
