The contractor will be required to provide all necessary tools, commercial and residential equipment, and manpower to complete a number of property maintenance related tasks during the forced maintenance of the properties that will improve the aesthetics of the community, including, but not limited to: Mow lawns in order to eliminate tall grass/weed nuisances; Edge and trim along curb-backs, sidewalks, walkways, driveways, flower gardens/landscape areas, foundations, porches/patios, retaining walls and other property features where a lawn mower cannot provide a uniform cut; Bag/collect all loose grass clippings, including clippings deposited in the street and/or on sidewalks, driveway, or walkways; Remove debris from the site, including, but not limited to: limbs/branches, leaves, brush and trash
