The maintenance shall include trimming, edging, blowing, and cutting of grass, and trash removal. FREQUENCY OF CUTTING The contractor shall cut the marinas/boat ramps on a regularly scheduled basis. At times if discussed it may be increased or decreased depending on rain events and would have notice of any changes. CUTTING HEIGHT The grass cut height (immediately after being cut by the contractor) shall be no taller than 3”. MISCELLANEOUS: The cutting of the lots shall be limited to controlling the height of all grass and other vegetation (other than ornamental shrubs and trees) so as to maintain the properties in a condition that will provide reasonable health, safety and wellbeing to the neighborhood. The contractor will be responsible for picking up litter and trash from the lot prior to each cutting.
