FREQUENCY OF CUTTING The contractor shall cut the lots on a regularly scheduled basis. If discussed may be increased or decreased depending on rain events. Cutting of the lots shall occur in large groupings or in their entirety if possible so as to minimize tracking and payment issues. CUTTING HEIGHT The grass cut height (immediately after being cut by the contractor) shall be no taller than 3”. MISCELLANEOUS: The cutting of the lots shall be limited to controlling the height of all grass and other vegetation (other than ornamental shrubs and trees) so as to maintain the properties in a condition that will provide reasonable health, safety and wellbeing to the neighborhood. The contractor will be responsible for picking up litter and trash from the lot prior to each cutting. The contractor would be responsible for the proper disposal of the litter and trash as well. This is intended to clean the lot prior to cutting so as to eliminate the spreading of litter. The contractor will not be responsible for the removal of large debris or items left or deposited on the lots such as furniture, tires, and appliances. The contractor will also be responsible for trimming the lot. This would include, but not be limited to, trimming along fence lines, around building, trees and shrubbery.
